About Us

Hyperlane Solutions is a growing transportation and logistics company serving British Columbia, Alberta, and Yukon. We are excited to introduce our recent Airport Shuttle service connecting Northwest Regional Airport (YXT) with Kitimat and surrounding communities.

We're looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to represent our brand at our airport information booth and help travelers learn about our new service.

Position Overview

As our Customer representative, you'll be the first face many travellers meet when arriving at the airport. Your role is to warmly greet passengers, answer questions, hand out promotional materials, and help people understand how our service works.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has excellent communication skills
- Enjoys talking with people from different backgrounds




- Is friendly, approachable and confident
- Is dependable and punctual
- Can work independently
- Has basic smartphone or tablet skills
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required

Schedule

- Fixed and Flexible shifts available
- Part-time or casual arrangements may be considered for the right candidate
