Customer Service Representative | Join the Hype! ?

Location: Midtown Toronto | Full-Time | Fully In-Person

Love meeting new people, solving problems, and bringing good energy to everything you do? Hype Events is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, ambitious Customer Service Representative to join the team!

You’ll work face-to-face with customers, represent established brands, and help create customer experiences people actually remember.

What You’ll Do

- Connect with customers and provide a welcoming experience
- Answer questions and help find the right solutions
- Represent client brands with confidence and personality
- Work alongside an energetic, supportive team
- Learn through hands-on training and coaching
