MTE Logistix is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This exciting opportunity is responsible for performing administrative and specific order functions, ensuring daily success with transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Through effectively and efficiently managing priorities, the CSR is a key contributor to the achievement of the department’s operational deliverables.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service through effective communication, accurate order management, inventory oversight, and proactive problem resolution. This role thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment and requires the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting established service level metrics.

The successful candidate will be highly adaptable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and reporting skills. They will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What will you do?

- Develop and maintain positive client relationships through clear, professional,



and concise verbal and written communication regarding product volumes, shipping and receiving activities, service performance, operational trends, and extended service opportunities.
- Accurately, effectively, and efficiently manage client account inventory, including inventory accuracy, stock location control, lot/date-code management, and inventory-related inquiries.
- Monitor and manage high-volume customer accounts, ensuring timely processing of orders, requests, and account-related transactions while meeting established service level expectations.
- Review warehouse returned orders and shipment documentation to ensure all accessorial charges are accurately captured, investigated, and processed.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, product damages, shortages, and service issues, obtaining resolution and escalating concerns to management as required.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate service issues, delays, inventory concerns, and shipment exceptions with customers while providing timely updates and solutions.
- Coordinate rush orders, priority shipments, and product arrivals with the Customer Service Manager (CSM), warehouse supervisors, and operational teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Produce reports, summaries, performance metrics, and operational overviews for the CSM and management team, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate customer records, inventory files, and account documentation in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements.
- Analyze account activity, inventory levels, order volumes, and service metrics to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and inventory teams to ensure customer expectations are met and operational efficiencies are maintained.
- Adapt to changing priorities, customer requirements,



and business needs in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment.
- Support KPI tracking and reporting activities related to customer service, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and account performance.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Must-have:

- Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative or Customer Service role.
- Business or Logistics Administration diploma or certificate is considered an asset.
- Strong proficiency in SAP and MAVES ERP.
- Demonstrated proficiency creating accurate spreadsheets and reports and proven experience in the Microsoft Office suite - specifically must be strong in Word, Excel and Outlook and have working knowledge of Teams.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and able to interact professionally with all levels of stakeholders. Must demonstrate efficient and accurate data entry skills.
- Must have proven time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Competent at adhering to standard operating and safety procedures and policies e.g., inventory management, stock location control, loss prevention processes, and damage procedures
