We primarily serve businesses, providing high-quality branding solutions, expert guidance, and exceptional customer service to organizations throughout our community.

About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping customers bring their ideas to life. This role combines customer service, project coordination, and basic design knowledge to ensure every order is communicated accurately from the customer to our production team.

What You'll Do

- Help customers select the right products and services for their branding needs.
- Prepare accurate quotes and answer questions throughout the ordering process.
- Review customer-supplied artwork using Adobe Illustrator to ensure files are suitable for production.
- Explain artwork requirements and provide basic design guidance to customers.
- Gather project requirements, clarify customer expectations, and communicate detailed job information to our artwork and production teams.




- Work closely with internal departments to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

What We're Looking For

- Experience using Adobe Illustrator is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident speaking with customers and asking the right questions to understand their needs.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate project requirements clearly to teammates.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
- A background in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is considered an asset.
