Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on establishing conservation strategies • Develop portfolio-wide operational plans and performance metrics • Provide technical leadership across various initiatives • Ensure rigorous scientific support for programs • Identify and address emerging conservation challenges
Requirements: • Master's degree in ecology, biology, or a related field • Over 10 years in conservation science or management • Minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles • Experience in strategic and operational program management • Proven history of building cooperative relationships
