Required Qualifications

- College diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience or knowledge in cybersecurity, preferably in:

- Security Operations (SOC)

- Incident Management

- Network Security

- Vulnerability Management

- Knowledge of Lean and Agile principles and the ability to apply them in a team-oriented team environment.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes.

- Experience with ServiceNow is considered an asset.

- Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand, analyze,



and document business requirements in collaboration with partners and stakeholders.

- Facilitate workshops to document current processes, identify pain points, and align stakeholders.

- Map and document cross-functional processes, including roles, responsibilities, handoffs, and associated controls.

- Identify gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities through evidence-based analysis.

- Recommend practical solutions aimed at optimizing, simplifying, or standardizing operational processes and practices.

Produce and maintain key deliverables, including:

- Process maps

- Gap analyses

- RACI matrices

- Recommendations

- Action plans

- Act as a facilitator between cybersecurity teams, IT partners, and business stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of challenges and solutions.
