Drop-In and Rehab Centre and make a meaningful impact in the community while ensuring safety. This full-time position involves a 4 on/4 off schedule from 7 AM to 7 PM. You will interact with guests and provide essential support to volunteers and staff in a trauma-informed approach.

Your role is crucial to creating a safe, respectful workplace for vulnerable individuals. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients and staff while enhancing safety
- Engage with community partners for effective support
- Monitor building via CCTV for safety compliance
- Provide direction to services for guests and the public
- Report and address any security incidents promptly Requirements:
- Must hold an Alberta Security License
- Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check required
- Background in human services or law enforcement is preferred
- Effective communication and leadership skills
