Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and qualified Delivery Assistant/helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely delivering goods to various locations, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires physical stamina, and effective communication to maintain high standards of service and safety.

Responsibilities

- Safely deliver products and packages to customers and clients.
- Load and unload items, including heavy or bulky goods, utilizing lifting equipment when necessary.
- Ensure accurate delivery by verifying orders and obtaining signatures upon receipt.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery schedules or issues.
- Follow all safety protocols.

Qualifications

- Valid ID and MUST BE LIVING IN CALGARY AB.
- Previous experience as Delivery Assistant/Helper, commercial driving,



or delivery services is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Experience operating dollies, shoulder straps or similar equipment is a plus.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate deliveries.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
