Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible to represent Wheaton Honda and assist customers in taking delivery of their recent or pre-owned vehicles! Ensuring seamless communication between Sales, finance, detail, our inventory clerk, and the customers.

Your proactive approach will help optimize processes, customer support and deliver an experience to our customers up to our standards. You will improve efficiency, and uphold high standards of service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail, organizational skills, and a polite attitude will shine.

Responsibilities

- Deliver a customer their new or pre-owned vehicle! This involves looking over vehicles prior to delivery, while cross referencing the get ready making sure all items are properly installed and the vehicle meets a high standard for cleanliness.
- Actively listen to our customers and provide knowledge, feedback, and assistance as necessary.
- Communicate clearly with Management, our Inventory Clerk, Detail department, Service department, and Customers.
- Coordinate rain-checked / outstanding items upon delivery.
- Provide a professional and respectful delivery experience




- Perform data entry tasks related to trade in information, and accurately fill loaner car documentation as necessary.
- Identify and assist with opportunities for process improvements and a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers to ensure timely pickups, repairs, and deliveries, resolving any issues promptly.
- Learn and maintain product knowledge and ability to demonstrate setup of past and current Honda tech.
- Maintain a presentable workspace

Key Qualifications

- Valid class 5 driver’s license
- Clean background-check
- Self motivated
- Problem solver
- Computer literate
- Strong communication skills
- Proven experience in dealership operations.
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail
- Experience in the industry is considered an asset- however not required
- A second language is considered an asset - however not required
