Innovo Xpress is seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Contracted E-Commerce Delivery Drivers to join our delivery network.

Drivers will be responsible for picking up and delivering e-commerce parcels to residential and commercial customers while maintaining a high standard of service, safety, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

- Pick up and deliver e-commerce parcels safely and efficiently.
- Complete deliveries within assigned service windows.
- Follow assigned routes and delivery instructions.
- Use required mobile applications and delivery management systems to scan, track, and complete consignments.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery.
- Safely handle parcels throughout the delivery process.
- Comply with all applicable company policies, transportation regulations, and local requirements.
- Maintain communication with the dispatch/operations team regarding delivery issues or exceptions.
- Complete required vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is safe and suitable for delivery operations.

Requirements

Applicants must have

- Valid Canadian work authorization/work permit, where applicable.
- Valid driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
- Clean driving record with no responsible or disqualifying driving violations.
- Valid vehicle insurance meeting applicable provincial and regulatory requirements.
- Police clearance/background check, as required.




- A reliable vehicle suitable for e-commerce parcel delivery.
- A smartphone with reliable data service.
- Ability to use mobile delivery applications and GPS/navigation.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move parcels as required by the position.
- Compliance with all other regulatory, licensing, safety, and documentation requirements applicable under local governing laws.

Availability

- Weekend availability is required.
- Holiday availability is required, particularly during peak e-commerce periods.
- Flexibility to work varying delivery schedules based on operational requirements.
