Junk Bandit is a junk removal, moving and demolition company based in Mississauga, working across Toronto and the GTA. We’ve got two demolition projects starting shortly and we’re looking for experienced hands to run them with us.

This is casual, project-based work. No guaranteed hours, no contract. Work comes when the jobs come. If you’re solid on site, you’ll be the first person we call for the next one — and there’s room to stay on with us long-term.

What you’ll be doing

- Interior demolition and deconstruction — drywall, framing, flooring, fixtures, cabinetry
- Sorting and loading debris into the truck
- Site cleanup and keeping the work area safe
- General junk removal and moving work between demo jobs

What we need from you:
- 3+ years of demolition, deconstruction or construction experience




- Comfortable and secure with power tools and hand tools — sawzall, grinder, pry bar, hammer drill
- Physically fit, able to lift heavy repeatedly for a full day
- Shows up on time, works clean, follows direction
- Steel-toe boots and your own basic PPE
- Working at Heights certification is an asset
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the GTA

How it works: First job is a working trial. You get paid for it. If you’re a good fit, you stay on the call list.
