We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their visits. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of maintaining good dental health.
- Educate patient about their pending treatment.
- Take dental X-rays as needed.
- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record system.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and manage patient records efficiently.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.
- Manage dental records and documentation review with precision,



ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and accurate dental coding.

Experience

- A degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program is required.
- At least 2 year experience working as a full time Hygienist is required.
- Knowledge of dental terminology is essential for effective communication with the dental team and patients.
- Familiarity with Cleardent or similar dental software is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills are essential for creating a positive patient experience.
