Reporting to the Design Director, this role focuses on providing technical and creative support during product development.

You will engage in market research, assist in designing collections, and ensure that all materials meet Roots' quality standards. Collaboration across teams will be key as you track development timelines and outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct ongoing market research on fashion trends
- Support development of seasonal Children's collections
- Ensure accurate maintenance of BOMs for fabrics and trims
- Participate in colour approval processes
- Input timely data into PDM systems Requirements:
- Diploma in Fashion Design or equivalent
- 1–2 years in a related design role
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office
- Web PDM experience is a plus
