Overview

Join our agile team as an experienced Detailer and play a vital role in delivering high-quality detailing and restoration services for vehicles, boats, RVs, trailers, and motorhomes. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your detailing expertise while working on a variety of projects. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, polishing, waxing, and restoring surfaces to their best possible condition.

Experience with oxidation removal, ceramic coatings, and vinyl wrapping is highly valued. Your attention to detail, quality workmanship, and positive attitude will contribute directly to our reputation for professional service and exceptional results.

Duties

- Perform comprehensive exterior and interior detailing of vehicles, boats, RVs, trailers, and motorhomes, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and restoration
- Perform professional polishing, waxing, paint correction, and oxidation removal to restore and protect surfaces
- Prepare and maintain surfaces for ceramic coating applications
- Assist with ceramic coating installation and proper surface preparation
- Assist with vinyl wrapping, including surface preparation and installation
- Inspect vehicles, boats, RVs, and other surfaces meticulously to identify areas requiring special attention or restoration
- Use specialized detailing products, polishing machines, and equipment safely and effectively
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and ensure customers are satisfied with completed work
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents, damage,



or improper use of equipment
- Assist with inventory management by tracking detailing products, supplies, and equipment

Requirements

- Previous professional detailing experience is preferred, particularly with boats, RVs, trailers, motorhomes, or automotive detailing
- Experience with polishing, waxing, oxidation removal, paint correction, and surface restoration is strongly preferred
- Experience with ceramic coatings and/or vinyl wrapping is an asset
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality results
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, lift, and perform physical detailing tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of professional detailing products, tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and able to maintain a professional attitude
