:
- Optimize thin film transistor devices and circuits for high-performance and reliability, ensuring devices with specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive testing, characterization, and analysis of TFT devices. Make data-driven recommendations to improve key performance and reliability metrics.
- Build models such as physics-based (compact model, SPICE, etc.) and/or TCAD to test/validate your theory.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Holders of a undergraduate degrees in Engineering and/or Science including: Engineering Physics, Electrical, Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, or BSc in Chemistry, Physics, or equivalent qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Characteristics: We seek motivated,
self-driven professionals with a proven ability to excel in dynamic environments. Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional skills in prioritizing task, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple responsibilities, even under pressure with shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Special consideration for those knowledgeable in device reliability
- Education: Candidates with a Master of Science (MSc) or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Engineering (Electrical, Computer Engineering, Engineering Physics), BSc in Physics, Chemistry or equivalent qualifications will be highly regarded.
- Experience: Ideal candidates will bring over 5 years of hands-on experience in transistor characterization, TCAD modeling, SPICE modeling, compact model building
