We are looking for a full-time Die-Cut Operator based onsite at a Folding Carton Manufacturing facility at Woodbridge, ON.

Job Summary The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with die-cutting operations in a folding carton setting and is confident performing complete machine setups and tooling adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, and maintain die-cutting machines for folding carton production
- Perform complete tooling setups, including die, stripping, and blanking tools
- Inspect products to ensure accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve production or equipment issues quickly and safely
- Work closely with production leads and press operators to meet production schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols





Qualifications ⁠ • Minimum 2 years of experience operating die-cutting equipment in a folding carton or print packaging environment

- Strong understanding of tooling and machine setup processes
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Flexibility for different shifts or overtime as required
- A positive and friendly attitude
