Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through strategic planning and data-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Create and manage content for website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Analyze digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies as needed.




- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and contribute ideas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush).
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, PPC, social media, and web analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS.
- Graphic design or video editing skills.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
