The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for the hands-on creation and execution of Lake Louise Ski Resort & Summer Gondola’s day-to-day digital content. This is a highly active,



on-mountain role focused on capturing, editing, organizing, and publishing compelling photo and video content that reflects current conditions, events, guest experiences, resort priorities, and the overall Lake Louise brand. Working closely with the Marketing Communications Strategist, the Digital Content Coordinator brings creative briefs and content plans to life through solid visual storytelling, practical on-the-ground coordination, and close relationships with ambassadors, creators, media guests, and internal teams.

The role requires a combination of creative skill, strong skiing or snowboarding ability, excellent organization, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing mountain conditions, events, weather, and content opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Mountain Content Creation: Capture, edit, and publish real-time photo and video content of snow conditions, events, and guest experiences.
- Ambassador & Creator Hosting: Act as the primary host for ambassadors, influencers, and media visitors; provide creative direction and ensure smooth execution of shoots.
- FAM Tour Support: Host and guide FAM tour guests, capturing key social moments and ensuring brand-aligned experiences.
- Content Execution: Deliver creative assets based on briefs from the Marketing Coordinator and provide feedback from an on-the-ground perspective.
- Social Media Engagement: Manage live posting during key events,



reshare guest-generated content, and monitor community engagement.
- Event Coverage: Capture and share content from on- and off-resort events, delivering highlights and partnership assets.
- Content Management: Tag, upload, and organize all captured assets in the shared library for future use.
- Paid Content Support: Supply user-generated and ambassador content for ad campaigns and recommend content with strong paid potential.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

- Photography & Videography: Strong skills in capturing, editing, and producing high-quality visual content (portfolio required).
- Adobe Creative Suite: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro (or similar editing tools) – if you have some After Effects knowledge (titling, transitions, etc), even better.
- Social media knowledge: Strong understanding of platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, and what content performs well on each.
- On-Mountain Ability: Confident and safe skier/rider with the ability to capture content in all conditions and terrain, while carrying equipment.
- Creativity: Ability to think quickly on your feet, adapt to changing conditions, and bring fresh ideas to life.
- Organization: Strong time-management skills to balance live posting, marketing campaign shoots, ambassador coordination, and content turnaround.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for working with ambassadors, influencers, and internal teams.
- Team Player: Works collaboratively with the Marketing Coordinator and Events team to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Work Schedule:

5 On/2 Off various start times due to business levels and functions
