Role Purpose

Runs the CoE + IP Factory — sandbox, accelerator and blueprint library, quality / eval / IP gates, and the throughput that feeds the swarms..

$$ Target — Revenue & Value Mandate

Build engine behind ~$25–40M lit-pod revenue (illustrative); accelerator reuse value; prototype-to-prod ≤6 weeks.

Core Responsibilities

•Run CoE throughput, the sandbox and the accelerator / IP library

•Operate quality, eval and IP gates

•Feed accelerators and blueprints to the pods

•Manage build / token cost and CoE unit economics

•Lead build specialists, the practice lead and the CoE side of the India bench

•Direct the IP Factory toward autonomy: agentic blueprints,



digital-employee reference apps and eval harnesses as first-class assets
