As a Full time Centre Director, you will manage all aspects of the childcare centre, from staff recruitment to regulatory compliance.

You'll ensure that all educators are well-trained and understand their objectives. Keeping families informed about their children’s progress is also paramount to this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer overall centre operations and enforce regulations
- Lead recruitment, training, and staff development initiatives
- Manage financial tasks including payroll and communications
- Facilitate positive family interactions regarding children’s progress
- Ensure staff compliance with regulatory training requirements Requirements:
- Valid RECE membership with the Ontario College of ECE
- Understanding of provincial licensing requirements
- Experience in financial management practices
- Up to date health assessments and immunizations
