- Lead the full integration lifecycle of acquired clinics, from pre-closing due diligence through post-close.
- Plan, execute, and monitor strategic, cross-functional projects, including clinic openings, technology implementations, service expansions, and training rollouts.
- Partner with Operations, IT, HR, Marketing, and Finance to align project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
- Create and manage standardized playbooks and integration checklists.
- Conduct post-integration and project debriefs and document lessons learned.
- Evaluate and refine project management and integration methodologies, tools, and practices.
- Develop and track measurable KPIs to drive results and demonstrate impact.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during project planning and execution.
- Report to the Vice President of Corporate Development & Clinical Innovation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree required.
- PMP or other recognized project management certification is a strong asset.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, integration, or operations leadership, preferably in healthcare or qualified services.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with cross-functional teams.
- Organizational agility and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Track record of timely deliverables.
- Strong understanding of Operations, IT, HR, Marketing, and Finance.
- M&A; integration experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational,



and problem-solving skills in both French and English.
- English is required to actively participate in and lead integrations across Canada.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment.
