Reporting to the AVP, this position will enable you to exert independent oversight on regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring operational integrity and adherence to regulations. By supporting the risk and compliance culture, you will collaborate directly with stakeholders to enhance the overall framework for managing risk effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage risk and compliance for Insurance Solutions and Distribution
- Execute obligations under OSFI E-13 and E-21




- Oversee strategic initiatives and monitor compliance requirements
- Collaborate across teams to support regulatory obligations
- Evaluate and report on compliance procedures Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in compliance or operational risk
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills required
- Proficient critical and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to adapt to new business models and technologies
