Develop and implement enhancements in our technology capabilities to lead the enterprise in risk management. You should be able to drive a roadmap of continuous improvement while ensuring critical business processes continue to be invested in through PDCAs. ~ Manage and develop a cross functional team of analysts, process managers and product. Ability to build and leverage the capabilities of a high‑performing team, as well as business partners across the enterprise.
