As Director, Product Strategy & Roadmap, you will decide what ships and when, ground those decisions in user value and adoption evidence, and own the product experience and analytics that make the platform usable and valuable at scale. You will bring rigour to prioritization, fluency in agentic AI, and the credibility to partner with engineering on how the roadmap gets built - without owning the technical implementation.
User experience: Building and maintaining adoption dashboards, usage telemetry, and value-realization measurement to drive decisions Partnering with engineering on acceptance criteria, backlog, and delivery quality, staying engaged to protect the user outcome Have the technical fluency to partner with engineers on architecture decisions without writing code Have agile delivery expertise: backlog grooming and acceptance-criteria definition Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, HCI, or a related discipline Experience building developer platforms, APIs, or self-service builder tools Background at a fintech, regtech, or major bank digital team Drive AI transformation at one of Canada's largest and most respected financial institutions, with exposure to senior leadership across RBC Be part of a newly formed, high-impact function within RBC's AI Group alongside experienced transformation leaders A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions,
