Director, Sustainability Controls and Governance Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (3-4 days on site)

Contract Length: 5 Months

Director, Sustainability Controls and Governance Working with disclosure/content owners of the bank's Sustainability Report to review and assess the effectiveness of their controls to mitigate sustainability reporting risk.

Help educate and guide stakeholders to enhance their control workplace and adhere to the bank's risk management policies and standards.

Report control findings / issues to senior management.

SME in risk and controls (SOX, etc.) – fully risk management cycle including identification and remediation of control gaps and deficiencies.

Regulatory Reporting expertise

University degree in a related field of study.

Archer experience – Able to extract Risk & Control





Certification / designation related to ESG and other sustainability areas.
