Company Description LEADS Framework is a bottom-up, employee-centered disability inclusion assessment designed to amplify employee voices within organizations. It provides employees, employee resource groups (ERGs), and inclusion leaders with a free tool that highlights lived experiences and workplace realities that traditional top-down assessments may overlook. By centering disability inclusion on the perspectives of workers, LEADS helps organizations identify gaps, prioritize actions, and foster more equitable workplaces.
