Responsibilities

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and sanitary.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and cleaning workstations.
- Support the kitchen team by handling food handling duties in compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials to keep the kitchen environment clean.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.

Requirements

- Prior experience in cleaning or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and basic kitchen operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on hospitality and supporting a positive work environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
