Job Summary

Join our dynamic kitchen team as a Dishwasher/Kitchen Hand and be a vital part of creating a smooth, efficient, and welcoming dining environment! This energetic role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings, enjoy maintaining cleanliness, and are eager to support culinary operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen stays spotless, organized, and ready for service, while assisting with basic food handling and prep tasks.

Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional food experiences to our guests every day! Must be vailable to work evenings from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing, sanitizing surfaces, and waste disposal
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or assembling ingredients under supervision
- Support the kitchen team by organizing supplies and ensuring all items are stored properly
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards diligently during all cleaning and handling activities
- Help with setting up dining areas and clearing tables during busy service times when needed




- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or hotel setting is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures, food handling practices, and hygiene standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of food service or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
