Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service, contributing to a clean and productive kitchen environment while preparing delicious meals for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food handling and preparation.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook various menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help maintain inventory by reporting low stock levels of ingredients or supplies.




- Follow all sanitation guidelines to keep the kitchen clean and safe for staff and guests.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- A commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
