Duties

- Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, or assembling ingredients under supervision.
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping and sanitizing surfaces.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations.
- Restock supplies and ensure all dishware and utensils are readily available for service.




- Assist with waste disposal and recycling processes to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Support the team during busy service times by helping with meal assembly or other tasks as needed.

Requirements

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essentials
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail-oriented work ethic.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
