Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen by ensuring cleanliness, food preparation, and efficient dishwashing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, experience in food service, and a solid commitment to cleanliness and safety standards. Duties

- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including countertops, cooking equipment, and utensils

- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware promptly to ensure availability for food preparation

- Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks as needed

- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines





- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

- Support the team during busy service hours by assisting with food service and customer needs when required

Requirements

- Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environments is preferred

- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures

- Experience with cleaning and maintaining kitchen cleanliness standards

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities

- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to culinary arts and hospitality operations

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
