Responsibilities

- Thoroughly clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, peeling, and organizing ingredients for chefs and cooks
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, prep areas, and storage spaces throughout shifts
- Support the cooking team by providing timely ingredients and ensuring smooth workflow during busy service hours
- Follow all food handling and safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards are met
- Dispose of waste properly and manage recycling to maintain an organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive,



efficient, and hospitable kitchen atmosphere

Requirements

- Prior experience in restaurant or food service environments preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling, and safety regulations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending comfortably
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
- Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in fast-paced settings
- Willingness to learn new skills related to cooking, food safety, and hospitality standards
