Duties

- Thoroughly clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using proper sanitation procedures to maintain health standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and organizing supplies to support chefs and cooks.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas regularly throughout your shift.
- Support the kitchen team by organizing storage areas and ensuring all food items are stored correctly and safely.
- Follow food handling protocols to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times.




- Help with basic cooking tasks under supervision to develop culinary skills and understanding of food preparation processes.
- Collaborate with team members in a lively workplace that values efficiency, teamwork, and hospitality excellence.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
