We're looking for a Dishwasher who takes pride in the unglamorous, essential work that makes a great restaurant possible — and who wants to be part of a team that's building one of Vancouver's most beloved gathering places.

Capo & The Spritz is a modern-Italian restaurant and 22-seat spritz bar in the heart of Yaletown — warm, social, sun-soaked, and always full of energy. We're not just serving food and drinks; we're building a place where "see you Thursday" is the highest compliment a guest can pay us. That same warmth extends to our team.

What You'll Do

- Keep dishware, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment spotless and steadily flowing during service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dish pit and back-of-house area




- Support the kitchen team with basic prep and cleaning tasks as needed
- Manage trash, recycling, and compost
- Help keep the whole kitchen running safely and efficiently — you're part of the engine room
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards, every shift, no shortcuts

Who You Are
- Reliable — you show up, on time, ready to work
- Fast-paced and unbothered by the heat of a busy dinner rush
- A team player who pitches in wherever the kitchen needs a hand
- Detail-oriented — clean is clean, no half-measures
- Previous dish pit or BOH experience is a bonus, but not required — we'll train the right attitude
