Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications to ensure consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols at all times
- Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by cooking, plating, and completing meal preparations promptly
- Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and meets health regulations




- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold the restaurant’s standards of excellence

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or related food industry roles preferred
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling safety standards
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards team members and guests
- Experience with food preparation equipment such as knives, grills, ovens, and fryers is desirable
