What You Need To Be Successful:

- Well-developed customer service skills with the ability to quickly establish a positive connection and manage expectations.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills. You’ll need to be clear, empathetic,



and helpful even if your customer is upset or frustrated with an emphasis on active listening.
- Willingness to think outside of the box and find creative solutions proactively.
- A committed work ethic and reliability with a consistently positive attitude. You’re someone who wants the team to succeed.
- The ability to navigate multiple software platforms and websites concurrently. You do need to be comfortable working quickly and accurately in a fully digital environment.
