Overview

We are seeking a mature, dedicated, and compassionate individual to join our team as a Pet Bather/Nail trimmer. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and grooming services for our furry clients. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work with animals and gain valuable experience in the pet care industry.

Duties

- Bathe and groom pets according to client specifications, including brushing, shampooing, and drying
- Trim nails, clean ears, and perform basic grooming tasks
- Handle pets with care and ensure their safety and comfort throughout the grooming process
- Assist with restraining pets during grooming procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about grooming services

Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects, including pets (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Patience and compassion when handling animals
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage time effectively

Qualifications:
- Previous experience with working with animals, bathes and trimming nails

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.50 per hour
