- Upsell complementary products such as hardware, accessories, or upgraded fabrics to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide expert guidance on renovation and construction projects involving window treatments
- Develop strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, ensuring repeat business and referrals
Experience
- Proven experience in outside or inside sales within retail, home décor, or renovation sectors
- Familiarity with merchandising, product demos, and high-end sales techniques
- Solid negotiation skills to close sales effectively and upsell additional products
- Background in construction or renovation projects enhances understanding of client needs
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and appointments efficiently
