About the Role

As a Driver at EcoZero, you'll operate our company vehicles to collect used cooking oil from commercial client locations and deliver it safely to our processing facilities. You'll follow a scheduled route, represent EcoZero professionally at every client site, and help ensure our operations run smoothly and safely. This role reports directly to our Vice President.

What You'll Do

- Operate company trucks to pick up used cooking oil containers from client sites according to a scheduled route
- Unload and transfer collected oil at designated EcoZero facilities, following safety and environmental procedures
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Keep your assigned vehicle clean, inside and out
- Accurately complete route documentation, including pickup logs and delivery receipts
- Deliver courteous, professional service to clients,



addressing questions or concerns respectfully
- Follow all company safety, sanitation, and waste handling protocols
- Comply with all local traffic laws and vehicle operation regulations

What You Bring

- A valid Class 5 (or higher) driver's licence and a clean driving record
- Experience operating light or medium-duty trucks, with basic mechanical knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through on procedures
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of collection duties
- A track record of reliability and punctuality

Working Conditions This role involves frequent driving, entering and exiting the vehicle, and lifting/moving oil containers. You'll be working outdoors in varying weather conditions and may occasionally be exposed to odors associated with used cooking oil.
