Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods between warehouses, job sites, or customer locations.
- Assist with moving heavy loads manual handling techniques to load and unload cargo efficiently.
- Support the driver by acting as a Swamper—helping with navigation, spotting, and ensuring safe maneuvering of the vehicle.
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment to ensure safety standards are met before each trip.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle logs.




- Support warehouse operations by organizing inventory and assisting with loading/unloading as needed.

Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license (5) with a clean driving record.
- Experience in moving cargo within warehouse or industrial settings and residential movings.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks for extended period of time.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.
- Prior moving experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety procedures and attention to detail in all tasks.
