Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional senior and patient care. This role involves supporting individuals with various health and mobility needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on lives.

Responsibilities

- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support for seniors and individuals with disabilities
- Provide patient care including medication administration, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Support residents with dementia or hospice care by offering companionship and specialized assistance tailored to their needs
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely when assisting with transfers or mobility aids




- Ensure proper documentation of care activities and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
- Maintain a clean environment through regular cleaning duties aligned with health standards
- Support emotional well-being through attentive listening and compassionate interaction

Qualifications

- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration and dementia care techniques
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is essential
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks
- Strong communication skills and a caring attitude are vital for success in this role
- Certification or training in caregiving, nursing assistance, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to provide continuous support
