Falcon Transfers Ltd. is looking to hire a permanent full-time DTF printing production supervisor (NOC code 72022) specializing in dealing with DTF machines.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily DTF production operations.
- Troubleshoot DTF production and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Lead and support DTF production staff to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure DTF products meet Falcon Transfers' quality standards through effective quality control procedures.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate DTF production employees.
- Plan production schedules and optimize workflow to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and management teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare operational reports.
- Proficiency with DTF systems, and supply chain management tools.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to DTF manufacturing equipment and assembly lines.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and techniques within a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly.
- Familiarity with manufacturing best practices including lean principles, process optimization, and workflow management.
Educational and Training Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year experience as a DTF machine operator
Software, Program or Technical Knowledge
- ERP/MRP systems, inventory management software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), production planning software, mechanical troubleshooting, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Language Requirements
- Proficiency in English is required.

- Salary: $38.00 per hour and min 35 hours per week
- Overtime starts after 44 hours per week
- Potential raises based on performance reviews.
