- Provide expert assistance to members via phone and email
- Meet and exceed retail lending and product goals
- Identify and promote opportunities for relevant product offerings
- Underwrite credit applications following internal guidelines
- Facilitate effective member service resolutions Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a contact center roles with lending focus
- 1-2 years’ familiarity with banking regulations
- Proficiency in retail underwriting processes
- Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills
