The Branch

Manager will work closely with the Vice President, Member Experience, to establish and maintain a high-performance culture within the branch. Through coaching and developing your team, you will drive performance, ensuring that service delivery exceeds member expectations while achieving growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:

- Promote a strong sales culture and quality service
- Set explicit performance standards and evaluate staff
- Monitor branch operations for efficiency
- Proactively resolve member issues for satisfaction
- Establish strategic growth plans based on market analysis Requirements:
- 5-7 years of relevant leadership experience
- Minimum 3 years in credit granting roles
- Completion or enrollment in CSC of IFIC or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of regulatory policies and products
