Duties

- Safely navigate downtown Vancouver on an electric bike to pick up and deliver lunch orders with speed and precision
- Communicate clearly with restaurant staff and customers to confirm order details and delivery instructions
- Manage multiple deliveries during your shift, maintaining a steady pace to meet time commitments
- Handle food packages carefully, ensuring they remain intact and at the proper temperature during transit
- Conduct routine checks on your e-bike to ensure optimal performance and safety before each shift
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any issues or delays promptly to the dispatch team
- Uphold high standards of customer service by being courteous, qualified,



and responsive throughout each delivery

Experience

- Prior experience in moving or transportation roles, especially involving commercial driving or courier services, is highly valued
- Familiarity with warehouse environments or logistics operations enhances your ability to navigate efficiently
- Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with team members, restaurant staff, and customers
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling food containers or equipment as needed during deliveries
- Experience operating forklifts or similar machinery is a plus but not required; safety training will be provided if necessary
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards
