Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. This role involves creating developmentally appropriate lesson plans, facilitating classroom activities, and supporting the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of each child.

The Early Childhood

Teacher will work collaboratively with staff and families to ensure the best outcomes for children.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents and caregivers on their progress.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies to promote a respectful learning atmosphere.
- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, progress, and any incidents that occur in the classroom.




- Participate in career development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements

- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
- Strong leadership skills to guide children effectively while promoting teamwork among staff.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficient in computer operation for maintaining records and communicating with families.
- Strong time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively within the classroom setting.
- A commitment to inclusivity by supporting working persons with disabilities in the educational environment.
- A passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a positive impact on children's lives.
