Childcare Assistant – Part-Time

Poco Primrose Childcare in Port Coquitlam is looking for a caring, reliable, and responsible person to join our team.

Previous childcare experience is preferred, but ECE/ECEA certification is not required. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and is patient, dependable, and willing to learn.

Requirements

- Previous childcare experience is an asset
- No ECE/ECEA certificate required
- Resume
- References from 3 people
- Proof of immunization/vaccination
- Criminal Record Check required (we will provide/request this through the daycare)
- Reliable and responsible
- Comfortable working with toddlers and preschool-aged children

Schedule:Part time, approximately 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, depending on availability. Pay: $19–$23/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
