- Familiarity with the FLIGHT curriculum and Emergent curriculum.
- Enthusiasm and energy that's contagious.
- Genuine love for working with kids.

- Flexibility, positivity, and a team player mentality.

In addition, candidates must have:




- A explicit criminal record checks with a vulnerable sector screening.REQUIRED
- A Level 1, 2 or 3 ECE certificate: REQUIRED
- Standard Childcare First Aid and CPR training certification: REQUIRED
- Experience in childcare. REQUIRED
