Responsibilities

- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education accommodations or assistance with disabilities.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists to ensure cohesive support for each child's growth.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and developmental milestones using computer-based systems.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently while demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.




- Lead by example in promoting positive behavior and social skills among children through leadership and mentorship.

Skills

- Proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated experience working with children across various age groups in early childhood settings.
- Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, team members, and external specialists.
- Competent in computer operation and using educational software or classroom management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Leadership qualities that inspire trust and motivate young learners toward positive outcomes.
- Writing skills for documenting observations, progress reports, and educational plans.
- Valid police check
- First Aid ( up to date )
- ECE Certificate Level 1 , 2 or 3
- ECE level 3 for Director Position
