Responsibilities

- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that support early childhood development across multiple domains
- Foster a warm, welcoming environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social interaction among children
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements, ensuring inclusive participation in all activities
- Maintain a clean,



organized classroom that adheres to health and safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and participate in ongoing career development opportunities
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to provide updates on children's progress and address any concerns

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in early childhood settings or similar environments
- Demonstrated caregiving skills that promote nurturing relationships and emotional well-being
- Knowledge of child development milestones and best practices for early learning environments
